How do $1 opening bids work?

All items in our weekly mega sales start at $1 with no reserve prices. Bidding increments increase dynamically as users compete. The highest bidder when the auction timer expires wins the item at their winning bid price.

What is your pickup policy and schedule?

Winning bidders must pick up their items at our designated warehouse locations during the strict scheduled pickup window (typically Friday through Sunday following the Thursday auction close). Unclaimed items after the pickup window will be forfeited without refund.

Are there any returns or exchanges?

Strict No-Returns Policy: All items are sold as-is, where-is. Because items are heavily discounted liquidation overstocks, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or warranties. We encourage bidders to inspect items during preview and pickup windows.

How does payment processing work?

When you win an auction, your registered credit/debit card on file is automatically charged for the winning bid amount plus any applicable local taxes and buyer's premiums. You will receive a paid invoice confirmation via email and SMS.
